Exzellentes Hotel, aber....

Pros: Die Aussicht
Cons: Ehrlich werden!
The Yeatman ist sicher ein tolles Hotel. Zimmer, Lage, Ausblick, Restaurants alles einwandfrei. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet in der tollen Orangerie. Wir haben uns 3 Tage lang wohlgefühlt....nachdem der anfängliche Ärger verraucht war. Nach dem Check-in wurden wir sehr herzlich ca. 15 Minuten durch die gesamte Anlage geführt, nur um in dem vorgesehenen Zimmer heraus zu finden, daß direkt vor der Terrasse eine Großbaustelle liegt! Somit hatte die Führung nur einen Zweck: uns einlullen! Und das ist BILLIG für ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Warum schreibt man nicht den Gast im Vorfeld an und erklärt es gäbe Baulärm und Beeinträchtigungen? Ich denke bei EUR 400,- pro Nacht sollte das doch Standard sein. Nichts dergleichen, man wollte uns für dumm verkaufen. Enttäuschend seitens der Rezeption. Wir können uns letztendlich nicht beschweren, da wir ein Upgrade und ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen haben. Soweit alles gut - es bleibt halt nur ein Beigeschmack
