Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that there were issues with your stay but someone on reception would of happily helped you with your luggage if asked. Sadly due to a drastic amount of staff having to self isolate it is not something we can offer out at this time. It's worth mentioning our check out time is 11.00, so we apologise if you were lead to think it was 10.00. Also I am sorry you felt our prices were high but due to the Goodwood festival of speed, and near every hotel in Portsmouth being filled to capacity our room rates were higher then normal.
