Superfreundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt hervorragend für Stadtbesichtigungen. Das Familienzimmer war sehr groß, sauber und angenehm ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Jederzeit wieder :-)

Pro: Freundlicher und schneller Check-in. Sauberes Zimmer. Zusendung der Tageskarten für den öffentlichen Verkehr. Contra: Wir hatten das Zimmer auf die Strasse raus, sehr laut am morgen unter der Woche, am Sonntag wars ok. Frühstückservice war eher unfreundlich. Fahrräder wollte man uns einen Tag zu viel berechnen genauso wie das Frühstück für unseren Besuch da man es versäumt hatte uns den Voucher zu geben aber dies wurde geklärt. Die Betten sind zu weich und die Schränke klemmten da das Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet , besonders gut fand ich , dass eine Kaffeemaschine mit den dazu gehörigen Pads vorhanden war und gsnz besonders der tolle Ausblick und das Personal war äußerst nett und immer hilfsbereit : hier stimmte alles

Alles bestens..personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer waren vor 14 uhr schon bezugsbereit. Zimmer recht gross und genug platz für alles. Obwohl das hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, sind die Betten sehr bequem . Tagestickets für potsdam und Berlin im Hotel vergünstigt zu haben. Alles in Reichweite. Würde jederzeit wieder da buchen. Danke sehr

Schön gelegen am Luisenplatz mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Kleine Brandenburgertor in Potsdam. ÖV in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstückbuffet. Gerne wieder
