In general the hotel was very nice, including location rooms and amenities (e.g. nice pool) however the inflexibility of the staff in a number of cases was quite unfortunate. The bathrooms should have been cleaner. When it came to the breakfast buffet, given the COVID-19 situation it would have been nice if they had made more changes. While everyone around the buffet was required to wear masks and hand sanitizer was provided at various places throughout the buffet area, for hygiene purposes it would have been good if the food was handed out by staff rather than everyone individually getting it themselves. In addition, it was near impossible to keep a safe distance given the arrangements of the buffet and the number of guests. The biggest complaint for us is about the food at dinner (Terrace Restaurant). It was impossible for the kitchen to adjust any of the dishes to be vegan. We were told the pizzas already come frozen and are only heated up there and the server offered a salad containing fish to us as a vegan option. We ended up eating fries for dinner. In addition, when asked if we could have a table to fit our family of 7 (who were all staying at the hotel) they said that they did not have one and that they are unable to put two tables together to form a big table. When we asked if we could do it ourselves they said it’s fine. All in all, the stay was pleasant but the inflexibility of the staff to make small accommodations was unfortunate.

Schönes Hotel in Wassernähe

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr schön, und auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Cons: In der einen Nacht ist uns nichts Negatives aufgefallen.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich am westlichen Stadtrand von Potsdam in unmittelbarer Wassernähe. Zum Zentrum von Potsdam sind es nur wenige Kilometer.
Für uns war es eine Zwischenübernachtung vor dem Start in den Urlaub. Das Hotel befindet sich in waldreicher Umgebung. Vor dem Hotel gibt es diirekt eine Bademöglichkeit, oder man auch den hoteleigenen Swimmingpool nutzen.

Ganz ok in schöner Lage

Nettes Hotel in toller Lage. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man teilweise im Schwimmbad sieht. Aber es ist überall sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption war trotz unserer großen Gruppe sehr freundlich. Einzig unsere Bedienung im Restaurant (Auszubildende) war nicht so freundlich und hat sich scheinbar in der Berufswahl geirrt. Dafür hat das der Barkeeper mit seiner lockeren Art wett gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und frisch, aber nichts besonderes. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, weil das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut top ist!

Gute Lage

Das Hotel ist ruhig und sehr schön direkt am einen See gelegen. Unser Zimmer hatte allerdings keinen Seeblick. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Vom Hotel aus fährt auch der Wassertaxi mit dem man bis zum Postdamer Hbf kommt. Sehr schön ist auch, dass ein Zugang direkt vom Hotel zum See vorhanden ist, wo auch schöne Spaziergänge gemacht werden kann. Das Schwimmbad und Sauna ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der Altstadt, Film Museum und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.

Pros: Es gibt an dem Hotel (1 Nacht) nichts auszusetzen.
Es hat mich gestört, dass ich Vorkasse leisten mußte, obwohl die Daten meienr Masterkarte bekannt waren.
