Apartment wasn't cleaned despite leaving notice on door handles requesting it to be cleaned. Beds hadn't been made when we returned. Also only there for three nights and on the Saturday night noise from adjoining rooms (804) and another room was constant noise till 4am > shouting / singing / banging doors so we didn't get a very good night's sleep and we had an early start the following morning for our flight home ! Not impressed

The room was great, it was warm, cosy, clean and fully equipped. Gorgeous old building. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. As already mentioned, the apartment is close to the trams, which is really handy if you don't want to walk everywhere, but they are quite noisy. We brought earplugs and makes and had a great nights sleep.

Clean, spacious and safe apartment area. It was very clean, kitchenette had everything. Communication from the staff was great as we had a late check in but no issues at all. Location was great, about 20 min walk to Prague Castle and to Charles bridge. Area also felt very safe. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby and a supermarket beside the apartment. Only negative feedback is if you are really light sleeper you may not sleep well as the walls are very thin (our neighbour was snoring very loudly and we could hear conversations) and the tram outside might wake you. This didn't bother me as I am a heavy sleeper.

Wunderschöne Apartments! Sehr gepflegt und Stilvoll. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann alles innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen (Tram, Supermarkt)
