Very dated sad looking hotel. There was no air conditioning either which was very uncomfortable. Didnt interact with staff too much so cant comment there. Not a very sound proof hotel. You can hear the sration announcer from Lime Street Station from very early in the morning. The location is goid but honestly i wouldnt return.

Sleep was distubed in early morning due to announcements made in Lime Street railway station. Everything else was ok.

The hotel was spotless. The restaurant was excellent on site, great value for me ney with the hotel pub/bar next door. The staff couldn't do to much for us and we're very helpful.
