Very clean and attractive rooms. Pillows the thinnest I have seen but this was the only issue with the room. We were a group of mums with girls who’d been at a dance competition all day. On returning to the hotel we went to eat at 8pm, to be told that no further food was being prepared, but they would call out for a pizza delivery if we wanted to eat. We did not have breakfast either, there was one poor lad on reception, serving and doing the cooking, he was very polite but obviously had too much work to do.

Read other reviews, some seemed unfair. Its not a new building, and yes some of the downstairs decor is a bit tired. But its not expensive, my room was spacious and both it and the ensuite were newly and tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Could have done with a hairdryer and some kind of wardrobe space but it was fine. My bad luck to hit the room above the function room with a disco thumping until 12.30 (the cup was literally jumping on its saucer on my bedside cabinet) and I could hear every word the dj said! On the plus side though, I stupidly left my Kindle in the room on departure - the staff couldn't have been nicer, refused to take any money for postage and offered to send it straight on to me. Its not luxury, but its clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

i travelled 7 hours drive and when reached into my room, no window and suffocated,even i would like to say no safe while sleeping as totally suffocated, on asking staff unable to provide small table fan, could not do rest after long drive and first 2 nights could not sleep, spoiled my holiday.

We were in a room with no windows or ventillation. Room was baking hot, and there was a weird round window in the ceiling with no cover, so at 5:30am it was like lying in daylight. Besides that, room looked great and was clean, but impossible to be comfortable. We left early in the morning as couldnt stand the heat anymore. Had to pin the door to the room open to let any breath of air in.

Great Staff, Lovely room & great food. Good price

Pros: Everything. No faults at all
Cons: Cant think of any improvements needed
The food was amazing. Italian Chef makes the loveliest pasta dishes. Very friendly & helpful staff Cannot fault it

Overnight stay

Was at night wedding reception at hotel so stayed overnight room was very clean and new and most of Hotel was decorated very nice! Staff were super and so was wedding reception especially the Music and DJ Breakfast was also good
