Lovely hotel and well equipped rooms. Great breakfast and staff were all really friendly. Loved the touches of bottled water and biscuits in the rooms. I would definitely recommend.

Doors leading to bedrooms were double doors. Each too narrow to Push the wheelchair through. You try pushing a wheelchair while holding open two heavy doors. Not to mention the luggage. Even with help when we first arrived it was very difficult.

Nice spacious hotel

Pros: Staff, food
Cons: Breakfast a little dry Building feels a bit clinincal.
Location: Good for Kilmarnock. Right on the football stadium site.
I always enjoy my stays at this hotel. The staff are friendly, there is lots of space to meet clients, the rooms are spacious and the food is generally good. the best hotel in the area.
