We booked a room for a party of 5 - and also had to pay extra charge for the 5th person. But the room only provided sleeping for 4 - sofa had no bedware on. Since we checked in late, nobody at the reception - no way to fix this. On the next day - checking out - they were not willing to compensate and reduce the rate by the 5th person charge. Overall highly overpriced for what you get; also considering high price levels in TC

Re the $25.00 refund, you were informed that since you paid via a 3rd party, the request for refund would have to be made via the 3rd party. That is the policy, and I am sure you have since been refunded.
