Nice Hotel in great location. Plenty areas to sit and sunbathe, also small pool area. Room and all areas were very clean. Nice foyer with a reasonably priced bar. Breakfast was included, limited choice, however adequate.

I liked the location of this hotel as it was easy to get around to different central points - although cars and coaches had to drop us around the corner but it was a short walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that it took a few days of me constantly asking for an iron. The WiFi was really bad. Also the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was often cold in the night. There was no air conditioning or heating facilities in the room.

Good stay, nice room, attentive staff, food tasty for breakfast and dinner. Roof top pool small and refreshing good for cooling down with good views of mount Teide and the atlantic ocean. Accessability dificult due to different levels and stair access to lifts, room toiletries very limited, food not always replenished after initial rush.

Thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to share your experience with us. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us, also the views and the pool on the roof top. We regret, if in your case the access to your room has caused you some discomfort. We have different access to the different rooms, some of them without any steps. We work hard to separate and avoid waste in awareness with the environment. And that is why we have chosen to offer soap in a dispenser and avoid too many packaged items. From the Hotel Marte we send you many greetings and hope you may choose us again for your next visit to Puerto de La Cruz.

Hyvät auringon otto tilat ,siisti hotelli !!! Huonoa on ,että hissi ei mene alhaalta vaan joutuu raahaamaan ensin laukut toiseen kerrokseen ! Aamiainen ei ollut mikään makunautinto ! Huoneessa ei ollut peiliä ainoastaan wc :ssä , josta näkyi vain napaan asti !!!!

Mukava yllätys. Kodikas aulabaari ja taitava baarimikko. Hyvä sijainti. Bussiasema vieressä, 343 kentältä. Vanha mutta viihtyisä. Rauhallinen. Halpa. Chargon aukio vieressä. Kiva pesula vieressä.
