On the other hand, we are sorry for the miss understanding in the restaurant, but we normally serve cold bottled water when you ask for it because most of the people want it not from the fridge. Sehr geehrter Gast des Hotel Taoro Garden, Herzlichen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie alles, ausser die engen Parkplätze positiv gefunden haben. Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen abseits des Stadtzentrums von Puerto de la Cruz, aber trotzdem nahe genug sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Richtig ist, dass es in einer Einbahnstrasse liegt, aber deshalb wird das Hotel auch vom Lärm verschont und ist eine richtige Oase zum Ausruhen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank, dass sie Ihren Urlaub bei uns verbracht haben und ich hoffe, dass wir Sie wieder bei uns begrüssen dürfen und verbleibe bis dahin Mit freundlichen Grüssen
