Good Afternoon, Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for reviewing you stay. I think the wifi situation was a misunderstading, as many devices need some "tweeking" before working. Fortunately the situation was resolved. We are unfortunately not allowed to sell any alcoholic beverages outside of restaurant opening times, but softs are always available ! I am surprised to read about the AC not working, you may arrange the temperature so it is comfortable for you, but it is a general system (if one room doesn't have AC, it means the other ones don't have it either). You can always ask for a room at the back of the building when you make your booking. We are indeed close to the road, as are many Campaniles. Most people are not bothered by the traffic, but some guests are more sensitive then others and we are happy to give you another room if you feel like the one you have will be too noisy.
