Das positive war definitiv die Aussicht, super Strand und tolles, sauberes Meer. Das Personal, vorallem die Empfangsdame war anfangs freundlich, doch sobald man Hilfe braucht wird Sie unfreundlich und wirkt gestesst. Doch am Handy spielen geht immer. Da unser Rücktransfer bereits um 08:00 ging und die Reception nicht besetzt war wurde uns das Depot nicht zurückbezahlt. Sind immerhin 12.50.- Auch auf Antworten per Mail wartet man vergeblich.

Thank you for praising about our location and we are in the process to answer your email within 3-5 working days in order to be able to respond to your request because refund is not under the management of reservation department. The staff always be on phone to cater customers who are coming from many ways to get accurate direction to the resort. Since you have posted a bad review due to not getting the refund, we actually have been informed by the manager that no refund will be processed since you did not follow the procedure to come to the reception and show the receipt we issued in order to get the refund. We also have no rights to send the money directly to your personal account and this is going to be a fraud action claimed by the company if found to be done. All in all, if you want the refund,you can come back and show us the receipt and we will return it to you. Anytime you can come back as we have the record with us. Either this year or next season or upcoming years. Have a nice day ahead

Séjour gâche

The hostel did not take its own responsability. Indeed, they made a mistake with the initial price online (website ebookers). thus they wanted us to pay twice the initial price When we arrived. Dirty accomodations, public toilets and public bathroom never cleaned. Compared to every others hostels in Malaysia, I would definitly not recommand it. Price very expansive regarding the prestation.

Hello Caroline. I think we have explained to you very well that the price you paid have been set up incorrectly by Expedia in the system. How come we want to charge the price of one person for two person stay for 1 night? However, we have sorted out this problem and ask you to leave since you refuse to pay. We do not provide any free accomodation to any of our guests. About having dirty accomodation we are sorry for that since we are located nearby the beach, having sands on the floor is a normal thing. When it was too dirty you can actually make direct complain to our cleaning staff and they will clean immediately for your convenience. Please dont be too disappointed by not coming to Perhentian next time. Have a nice day and enjoy the rest of your travel. Thank you
