    Extremely nice resort with great facilities throughout. Rooms very clean and well looked after on our short stay. Beach, pools and activities were very nice and well laid out. Entertainment was exceptional on the beach and also in the evenings in the open air auditorium.

    Fraudulent Advertising by Hotel or Hotels.com

    In my past 35 years of traveling, this has been my worst experience in a hotel ever. I booked online on a +400U$ a night rate. I travelled with my entire family, and since we were arriving late on a layover flight to connect next day, I called earlier during the day (5 PM) in advance to let them know I was checking in past 12AM, and if they had 24hour checking, which they replied they did. I checked in at 2 AM, and they had 3 front desk personnel. It took me about 1 hour for the check in. They were not able to issue a electronic key, the bell boy had to open the door with security, and when I arrived the room was a dump. It was infested with a cloud of mosquitoes, at least 100 of them. It seems they don't even use any pest control, which in the Caribbean, it is a "most" due to the amount of infectious diseases spread by mosquito bites. The room had nothing to do with the pictures Hotels.com published. I obviously decided not to stay for the integrity of my family, and requested a refund. Hotel told me that they could not, since the room was available. I called Hotels.com customer support, who responded immediately calling the Hotel, requesting a refund, which they were not able to get either. I mentioned Hotels.com either that this property should not be listed in their web page, since it is a scam. I decided to leaveThis is fraudulent advertising. Either by the Hotel or by Hotels.com. Hotels.com mentioned since I was a loyal customer, I was going to recieve a credit voucher

      This is the worst resort in the world bad customer service in reception the employees treat bad to customer and offend them never fix problem the pool is so dirty and every places there and food is horrible the same everyday you get sick easyly we booked king bed and they gave double beds when we went to Reception they didn’t change us and they offended me and my wife the supervisor security called Pedro is treated us like criminal in the reception and talked us in a bad way he is bad employees he uses to offend customer some of them said the same he should not work in any hotel we spent the worst 10 days for vacation this is a disorganized and dangerous place don’t trust on employees there they are no good people I will never come back there
