Staff who have no commitment and agility with guests. For a simple Check inn it takes around 30 to 45 minutes. I needed clean clothes during my trip and it took 2 days to get some employee to answer my call without hanging up in my face, unsuccessfully I went to the front desk for help, and until then, my problem was resolved (after 2 days).
In 9 days my bedding was never changed, even putting a "Please renew my bedding" sign on the sheets was never changed, and in one of the "room cleanings" I missed $ 100.00 that by my carelessness I left it in my wallet on the table, simply disappeared, without any further explanation.
At Be Live, no one is willing to help you, you ask any information for an employee and the answer you get is that they know nothing and will not help you find out. To make a reservation at one of the restaurants within the resort we had commitment issues from the staff working there, having to come back several times to make the reservation, making silly roles all the time, so I could be enjoying my vacation, I wasted on the lack of employee commitment.
What was supposed to be just pleasure turned into stress.
I do not recommend this hotel.
