On the average nice hotel

Had good and bad experience.Staff friendly and polite but one staff Jonathan was exemplary polite, understanding and helpful. Bad experiences I booked for better together family room with sea view all inclusive. l had no sea view and toilets in two rooms were blocked. lt took 2 days to have them sorted out. One staff at main reception was very rude with his body language when he was called by another staff to sort out my complant about the room l was given. He first said our arm bands were to be changed because they were very high. l had no idea meaning of band colors and we're tied to our arms by hotel staff. He also said, we were given a room more than we paid for and our bands were very high according to his explanation were for people from America. He said it with very bad body language and other customers who listened started starring. This man had a white t-shirt with black trousers and had a light complexion medium tall. Very rude! My daughter had an accident. A spike about 6cm from the kingside bed in one our room pierced her skin as she passedby and got stuck in her leg. I tried to pull it and released needed emergency attention. Took her to the hotel doctor /medical who was a lady and very nice. She tried to pull it out and couldn't and finally she had to use local anaesthetic and cut my girls skin to remove the spike. Nobody told me l had to do an incident report l only found out myself when l insisted the accident had to be documented. No apologies recieved

DO NOT GO !

Completely and utterly disappointed do not go I cannot stress this any further the accomdation is so well beyond standard damp, bedbugs, dirty towels, food poisoning, changed rooms 3 times ! No one helped with moving my luggage at 11pm considering I had My 3 year old daughter with me (cockroaches running up and down the room. )When i did manage to get help I was then asked to pay for his taxi fare home as his shift finished at 11! Unbelievable I am not exaggerating. Cleanness overall is not a priority at all. The staff are so rude especially if you don't tip them. The only good thing was leaving that awful place and no I'm not fussy this is the absolute truth please do not waste your money on this place.

Location: nichts nur entäuschungen
14 Tage kein Licht auf dem Balkon,nach 7 Beschwerden pro Tag wurde nichts gemacht,14 Tage um eine Birne aus zu Wechseln,Abzoggerei,das schlimmste was ich in meinen 66 Jahren erlebt hab.

OUI, mais...

A notre arrivée l'accueil était un peu compliqué bcp de monde derrière le comptoir où chacun semble s'occuper de ce que fait l'autre, ce qui ralenti le check-in. L'accueil en général est bon, pour certain très avenant pour d'autre bcp moins, mais rien de grave. Nourriture plutôt moyenne et un peu limite au niveau de l'hygiène (buffets). L'océan n'était pas d'un bleu limpide comme sur les photos. Nous y avons fait de très belles rencontres, le staff animation au top, donc dans l'ensemble de très belles vacances. Nous retournerons en RD, mais avec un budget supérieur afin de nous offrir un hôtel un peu plus classe. Bon rapport qualité prix cependant.

wenn sie gern Spass haben wird hier auf Wunsch dafür gesorgt, die Animateure sind temperamentvoll und lustig, es lohnt sich teilzunehmen. Auch die Abendshows sind sehenswert, zum Teil sehr gut.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Kundenservice ist ungenügend. Wurden aufgrund angeblicher Probleme im Buchungsystem immer wieder vom Hotelpersonal belästigt. Zu wenig Personal im Checkout desk und dadurch lange Wartezeiten. Es sind nicht genügend Schlüssel für den Save verfügbar. Die Bewässerungsanlage verbreitet einen üblen Geruch über teile des Hotelgeländes. Activity-Center-Mitarbeiter streiten sich um Kommissionen. usw

Hinta laatu kohdallaan

Hyvä perusluokan hotelli, ++++ Hieno ranta, ruoka ok. Huoneet tilavat, ei luxus. Henkilökunta ei puhunut englantia, enemmän espanjaa. Jos et halua matkaseuraksi venäläisiä tai ranskalaisia älä valitse tätä hotellia.
