Je vous conseille vivement cet hôtel pour passer votre séjour au bord de la mer. La plage est sublime. Les équipements proposés ainsi que les services. Le point négatif de notre notre séjour est le manque de sympathie venant de certains membres du personnel. C’est dommage car un peu plus de bonne humeur et de sourires n’auraient pas été de refus.

Le menage en général est tres aleatoire en 7 jours pas de changement des draps de la literie par exemple ou les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas renouvelees. Cadre et personnel agreables

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist super lecker und durch die vielen Restaurants hat man eine gute Abwechslung. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Aussicht beim Frühstück, da man wenn man draussen isst direkt am Strand ist und einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer hat.

La tranquillité, l amabilité., les restaurants. Moins plu un restaurant il tartuffo à déconseiller fortement. Les pâtes y sont immangeable.

Nie wieder!! Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und es interessiert sie nicht im geringsten ob Sie etwas bestellen möchten oder nicht. Sie müssen die Aufmerksamkeit regelrecht auf sich ziehen, manchmal sogar aufstehen und zum Kellner gehen (in einem 5 Sterne Hotel?) Falls Sie es endlich geschafft haben zu bestellen kommt meistens das Falsche. Ich fühlte mich nie wirklich willkommen, wirklich schlechtes Personal. Die Anlage, das Zimmer und der Pool war dreckig. Das Wasser im Pool war jeden Tag trüb und ein Angestellter verrieten mir, dass der Pool selten gereinigt wird. Beim Buffet herrscht ein unangenehmer Geruch (Mischung aus nassen Böden und stinkenden Füssen) und im Zimmer stinkt es nach Schimmel. Das Essen macht Sie krank, ich hatte mehrmals Magenschmerzen. Am Strand können Sie sich auch nicht endspannen. Permanente kommt ein Strandverkäufer und will Sie überreden etwas zu kaufen auch wen Sie mehrmals Nein gesagt haben. Angestellte des Hotels (eines all inclusive Hotels) wollen Ihnen Kokosnüsse für 5-10 USD verkaufen. Auf der Anlage fahren zahlreiche kleine Lieferwagen, Roller und Golf Carts, Sie können nirgends hinlaufen ohne mindestens 2 mal angehubt zu werden. Ich beschwere mich sonst nie, aber diese Hotel war wirklich eine entäuschung. Ich war richtig froh als ich es verlassen konnte.
