Dear Minul, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking your time in order to share your experience with the Expedia users. It is a pleasure to know you appreciated our room facilities and our beautiful beach. On the other hand, we should apologize if you feel that the staff was rude, this is not our standard, the community of Dominican Republic is characterized by being cheerful and friendly. We would also like to emphasize that we offer daily customer care classes to all our employees without any cost. Furthermore, we regret if the service in the a la carte restaurant did not fulfill your expectations. I should inform you that we offer vegetarian menus in all our restaurants. Next time I recommend asking our Public Relations Department on your arrival and they will give you all the details about the special food procedure. In addition, I should clear out that only TRS Turquesa guests and Palladium Travel Club members can make restaurant reservations in advance. Regarding the closed facilities, I should explain that we were making some renovation works in our facilities I order to improve our service and offer our guests a better quality. The planning of these works was sent to the travel agencies and tour operators and was published on our website some months before the beginning. Finally, we apologize again for the inconveniences, we hope you can visit us again in order to revert the negative impression of your recent stay and live a real Palladium experience.
