Sehr grosse Hotelanlage mit grossen Zimmern. Im Boulevard hat es viele Shops, Casino, Coffee Shop etc. modernes Fitness. Viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Liegen am Pool & Strand mussten bereits um 7 Uhr reserviert werde. Hotelpersonal teilweise unfreundlich und sehr unmotiviert (bspw. keine Begrüssung, nicht Hilfsbereit) Jedoch auch sehr nette, freundliche & höfliche Angestellte. Buffetrestaurant war ok, wir sind jedoch gerne in die A la Carte Restaurants gegangen, dort das Essen meistens lecker. Einziges „Problem“ hier, die Reservierung. Da diese Restaurants viel weniger Plätze hat, muss man Reservieren oftmals jedoch schon fast alles ausgebucht. Deshalb empfiehlt sich vor der Anreise bereits zu reservieren (über die App vom Hotel) Was wir als störend empfanden, dass am Pool sowie Strand Promoter ihre Angebote verkaufen wollten (Exkursionen, Fotoshootings etc.) Oft standen sie auch in der Nähe der Toiletten um Gäste anzusprechen. Da dies jeden Tag mehrmals so passierte, war es mit der Zeit etwas störend. Im Allgemeinen hoher Alkoholkonsum durch die Gäste, dies bereits ab 10 Uhr morgens. Am Pool läuft meist den ganzen Tag Musik (teilweise auch etwas lauter) was uns nicht gestört hat aber was wichtig zu erwähnen ist. Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel gut, wir würden jedoch nicht nochmals unsere Ferien dort verbringen.
