L accueil est vraiment bien et lieux vraiment magnifique. Je le recommande vivement Nous avons eu de la peine a organiser notre transfert vers l aéroports a l arrivee comme au depart par contre . Mais rien de grave en soit

The overall stay was fantastic, the staff were exceptional and the service was great with only a few hiccups. These were established and resolved speedily. The engagement with the hotel (Elena) & assistant manager (Blanca) were second to none. They ensured our stay went as smooth as possible. Promptly resolving any issues we had along the way. We were extremely happy with their dedication to service. Ambiorix our butler was friendly and accommodating during our stay. Food & Beverages The service was truly great overall. There only a few times where it was slightly slower than expected and sometimes lacked enthusiasm. On occasion the food seemed as though it was lacking in presentation and taste. On others it was good tasting. The event dinner evenings at the Market Place restaurant like Dominican Night & Gala Night were a delight. There were a number of staff members that were extremely friendly towards our 1 year old. A special thanks to Sandry (Seaside) and her playfulness, Santa (La Rinascita & Seaside) for her generousity and her warm heartedness, Natalia for helping to set our child’s birthday celebration table. Antonio’s smiles and Roberto (maintenance) whom was very endearing. At the Wet bar the friendliness of all of the staff was heart felt. Special thanks to Anirys, Paola, Saulo, Jose. S, David and Jonny.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel und für karibische Verhältnisse wird auch auf die Sauberkeit und guten Service geachtet (kommt nicht ganz an den europäischen Standard an aber ist ganz ok). Auch das Essen war im Durchschnitt meistens gut. Nur das italienische Restaurant war miserabel. Entweder sie lernen wie ansatzweise italienisch gekocht wird oder sie ersetzen das Restaurant lieber mit etwas anderem. Den Japaner fanden wir super! Beim Franzosen waren die Portionen sehr klein (als Vorspeise gab es gezählte zwei Crevetten pro Person). Das Personal war immer freundlich und wenn als junge europäische Frau von den vielen "Komplimenten" abgesehen wird, haben sich alle um das wohlergehen der Gäste gekümmert. Vor allem der Kellner "Super Dario" und die Kellnerin Noemi haben uns top bedient und waren sehr amüsant. Am Strand war Juan unser Liebling! Für eine erneuten Besuch im Majestic würden wir als Freundinnen vermutlich eher das Elegance oder das Colonial besuchen (es sah aus, als wäre dort mehr los und die Gäste sind vom Alter her durchmischter als im Mirage). Im Mirage war mehr Erholung angesagt und die Gäste waren meistens einiges Älter als wir. Als Paarurlaub würde das Mirage aber dann vielleicht doch wieder passender sein.
