nice hotel grounds, poor services

Pros: The lay out was fab, pool areas fab, beach location on site, free use of kyak, small catamaran on beach.Good choice at buffet at breakfast & lunch.
Cons: THE language, the service in all areas, entertainment, better drinks selection, a la carte menu,umbrella's at the pools.Cheaper hotel taxi rates
Location: nothing outside the hotel, all shanti. Need taxi to go to the mall, ocean blue the best.7 in 1 excursion fab day, speed boats next marina fab
lovely hotel, pools, beach.Very poor service, hardly anyone spoke english. Very spanish themed, poor daily entertainment, nothing to do after the show at 11pm especially with teenagers.The lobby bar only opened till 11.30, the music was dreadful, staff ignorant unless you were tipping them constantly.Food very poor in the a la carte restaurants, limited choices.Daily harassed to join up to time share.Hotel shop prices EXTORTION.Had to pay to use sauna, that's a first ever.

Die Umgebung war fantastisch, sehr gepflegt. Essen war ok. Das Zimmer war der Horror es hatte Schimmel, und auch sonst war alles etwas schmuddelig, ich wollte mich nicht in meinem Urlaub aufregen daher habe ich es gelassen zu reklamieren und hab mein Desinfektionsmittel benutzt. Dieses Hotel darf auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne haben. Ich bin ein sehr aufgeschlossener freundlicher Mensch, 95% des Personals war unterirdisch unfreundlich. Ich sah immer 2x nach ob mir jemand ins Getränk gespuckt hat. Dort hin bringen mich keine 10 Pferde mehr... War echt schade fürs Geld. Zur Info, ich war im Haus 24 Raum 226.

L’hôtel est très accueillant et très grand (comme une petite ville), plusieurs piscines et restaurants sont repartis un peu partout et la nourriture était vraiment très bonne. L’établissement est proche de la plage et les animateurs sont là pour mettre de l’ambiance en proposant toutes sortes d’activités. Le seul petit point négatif est la propreté de la chambre a notre arrivée.

Einmal und nie wieder

Defekte bei beiden gebuchten zimmer. - Fernseher funktionierte nicht - Badezimmer tür defekt - wc spülung funktionierte nicht immer Bei Meldung der Defekte passierte nichts ausser vertrösten. Personal wirkte so als wissen sie das die arbeiter nicht zuverlässig sind. Allgemein grosse mühe mit personal. Unfreundlich, langsam und unaufmerksam. Lange wartezeiten beim bestellen der getränke an diversen Bars. Glückssache wie der drink zubereitet wird. (Mal so mal so) Auch fehlte eine Einführung oder Karte über das Resort. Man muss alles selber rausfinden und das kostet nerven und viel zeit bei so unkompetentem Personal. Diese schlechte Bewertung schreibe ich aufgrund der schlechten informationspolitik bei allen Angelegenheiten und weil ich mich als gast nicht ernstgenommen fühlte. Erst wenn man laut wurde und sich mehrmals bei allen beschwert hat reagierte das Hotel. Und das braucht wie gesagt sehr viel nerven und zeit. Zwei ferientage sicher nur mit Reklamieren verloren. Schlussendlich umverlegt worden in neues apprtment. Weg bleiben vom Hotel! Geld nicht wert!
