Dear Matthew, We appreciate your feedback, this is very helpful to keep us improving. We will review the food rates and quality. And about the Taxi rates, we will review that. Unfortunately this is apart from the hotel as we only call them for you, but we don't have an agreement with them. We will ask for how much is before the Taxi come in order our guests can know how much will be for the way. Thanks for understand, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may caused.
