Services et équipements de grandes qualités, personnel très â l'écoute et serviable ( un grand merci à SABRI, responsable de cet hôtel qui nous a réservé un très grand accueil, à Robert et Jeanil pour leurs attentions et acceuil chaleureux au quotidien) Cuisine variée et délicieuse ( Julian veille à la satisfaction de chaque client et n'hésite pas à demander directement des suggestions ou des pistes d'améliorations en faisant un tour de table, chose rare de nos jours mais très appréciable de tous), hôtel qui répond parfaitement bien à nos exigences de tout point de vue, voire plus. Loved this hotel!! So clean everywhere and staff is the best of the best, so thank you! Especially Sophie from the restaurant was always so polite and made sure that we were pleased with the food, and we were. If I someday come back to Ras al Khaimah, I would use this hotel again.
