A FUNNY EXPERIENCE

I KNOW THIS HOTEL FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS, BUT NOW, THE HOTEL DON'T RENOVATE AND THE ROOM INSTALLATION ARE OLD, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM NOT WORKING PROPERLY. AS YOU KNOW, AT CHECK-IN WAS A SERIOUS INCIDENT, THEY DO NOT RECOGNISE YOUR RESERVATION, AND I WAS OBLIGE TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD TO COVER ONE NIGHT, (BUT I DON'Y SIGN ) IN ORDER TO CONTACT YOUR COMPANY, THAT AFTER A FEW MINUTES THE PROBLEM WA SOLVE. AT CHECK-OUT, THEY SAY THAT ALL WAS CLEAR AND I HAVE NOTHING TO PAY, TODAY I HAVE A SURPRISE, WHEN I CHECK MY CREDIT MASTERCARD ACCOUNT, THERE WAS A CHARGE FOR £ 115.00 THAT WAS FOR THE FIRST NIGHT. BUT I DON'T SIGN ANYTHING AND IN THE CARD STATEMENT THEY SAID THAT WAS SIGNED ( NOT TRUTH). I QUERY THIS CHARGE, AND I EXPECTING NEWS FROM THE BANK

Disappointing

The good point first: the room is large and the bed very comfortable. The rest of the hotel remains deeply back in the last century. Lamps are not functioning , furnitures seem to be collected from second hand dealers and the entrance hall reminds more of a cold communist architecture than a warm Brazilian creativity. Over all: a good place if one just wants to sleep but nothing to feel cosy or welcomed.

Hübsches Hotel in Strandnähe, sehr schöne Aussicht

Pros: Service, Komfort des Zimmers
Location: Ganz in der Nähe vom "Pracinha de Boa Viagem". Es gibt ein paar gute Restaurants in der Nähe
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und betreut. Ein grosses Kompliment an der Rezeptionisten
