Expected much better.
Expected better. Very tiny room; TV on the wall in such a way that you couldn't sit in bed to watch ;small bathroom with mold around the tub faucet & rust on the towel rack; unsatisfying shower. Toilet got stopped up & a security guard was sent to us with a plunger that he gave to us. He said the when we were, done we should just leave it outside the room! No coffee maker or coffee/tea in the lobby. The location of the room was very quiet.

The room we were given required us to carry our luggage down & up a full flight of stairs after getting out of the elevator in the lower lobby. That kind of room should not be given to guests over 75 years old..it was a hardship to get to the room (114). The front desk claimed they were not responsible for assigning the room..Expedia assigned it..it was not their doing. We were extremely unhappy with this room assignment and were afraid of falling and injuring ourselves. This was truly an unacceptable situation!
