The room was a bit dated, furniture and bed look very used, bed was so uncomfy, the heat in the corridors and room was unbearable. Breakfast was really good and the bar area very nice. The building from the outside was lovely and the location for what we needed was great.

Chose this hotel due to the spa facilities for my overnight stay which we really enjoyed with everything working well. Plenty parking to choose from, friendly welcome and was allowed our room key early. Nice Clean property. The room we had although was quite small was modern and clean with tv, iron, ironing board, kettle & supplies. Shower was good size but didn’t use it. Bed & bedding very comfy and blackout curtains and heating worked a treat. If it hadn’t been for the inconsiderate people banging their doors shut during the night, (which isn’t the hotels fault) I’d have had a great nights sleep.

Welcoming staff and decor was well maintained. The room (club king) was spacious. Good breakfast. The room was too hot at night even with the aupplied fab making it difficult to sleep. Wasn't keen on the glass for the bathroom walls. Some was frosted but some was completely clear meaning limited privacy. Limited room service and no vending machines for emergency drinks or snacks.

We do apologise you weren't keen on the design of our Club room, we do offer different types and styles of rooms so if you return but request NO glass bathroom. We also apologise for the heat in the rooms, this weather is certainly not the normal for Scotland. If you were requiring drinks or snacks you could have just asked reception and they would have organised the bar to serve this. Hopefully we will welcome you back in the near future

We stayed here for a party. The room was clean, but there was no air conditioning, the weather was very hot over our stay and the rooms got very hot and stuffy. Overall the hotel was great, Breakfast was great.

Pool changing

Pool changing could have been cleaner. I made special request on booking but this was not acknowledged.

We stayed for 2night and the staff were brilliant. Our room was not suitable and they changed it south out a fuss. Food was delicious Love this place
