Hi Kirsi, I'm sorry that was your experience!We've recently updated all bed sheets and renovated the apartments and we're always updating out apartments to make our guests feel good and that's our motto.Our houses are heated with geothermal water in pipes under the floor and since it's water heated it can take time for the heat to set. There is a radiator in the apartment but it's only extra heating if guests want for colder days.I'm sad to see this review since this is definitely not the experience most of our guests experience when staying with us.
