Essen sehr gut und viel Auswahl. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit ganz ok. Matratzen nicht wirklich bequem. Im Gesamten tolles Aufenthalt.

Room was okay, but ants were coming from a balcony as well as cleaning was about changing the sheets, floors weren’t cleaned. Beach furniture is very warm as all other main yard felt. The common use bathrooms were pretty dirty (specially the pool one), the kid club was a very small space outside, thanks for the staff that really made kids to have fun. The main animation guy was too loud and pushing too much, specially being rude to one of other animation workers in front of kids (they might not understand the words, but everyone felt the energy) as well as calling every woman “darling” is a bit a line crossing. The reception staff were all amazing and very supportive. Special thanks to the service desk (restaurant bookings etc) for helping us celebrate the most amazing way possible. Bar and Gelateria staff were doing their job amazing as well, very caring and nice. Food was great as well as drinks.

Uima-allas alue oli kiva aurinkotuolit tosin varattuja ellet ollut aikaisin aamulla. Ruokavalikoima joka päivä sama kaipaisi vaihtelua. Jäätelökioskin valikoima ei sisältynyt hintaan. Lapsille suunnattu ohjelma oli huonosti informoitu ja ei huomioitu eri ikäisiä lapsia esim isommille 10v ja siitä ylöspäin oli huonosti mitään ohjelmaa. Kuntohuoneessa ainoastaan pari cardio laitetta. Palvelu oli hyvää

The hotel has lot of potential. It has nice premises and nice surroundings, but I don't think they have been fully utilized. E.g. the beach/sea view has been blocked by a warehouse and bushes. What bothered me the most was the endless queuing for e.g. Gyros and pizzas. This is supposed to be an all-inclusive hotel and you needed to queue 15-20 minutes to get a pizza slice. Move people from other restaurants to help in the Snack bar. Also pollet for mugs was ridiculous. All-inclusive simply not worth of. Cleaning lady in the swim-up rooms was friendly.
