On behalf of the Gutenbergs Hotel's Staff, We sincerely apologize for the discomfort that have not allowed you to enjoy own stay to the fullest. It breaks our heart to know that you had some discomfort during your stay, nonetheless, it makes us wonder why you have not asked the Reception Staff for our help, even though We are always asking our guests if everything is going well during own stay as most of the problems that occurred during your stay could have been dealt with within a short time in order to provide much more comfortable stay for you. For example, to ask for an extra heater. Sadly, you have considered not to ask for any assistance from our side at all. We sincerely recommend to our guests not to decline help when it is possible to make your stay better and We can assure you - it will be much better as We are always at service of our guests - day and night.
