Bei der Anreise war das Hotel nicht auffindbar, Eingang um die Ecke in Seitenstrasse, Glastüre weiss beschriftet. Wir haben 1/2 Std. Gesucht. Auch der PP war schlecht gekennzeichnet, schlussendlich in einem Hinterhof gefunden. Morgenessen in einer Bäckerei, 7 min. Vom Hotel, Angebot sehr spärlich, schlechter Kaffee, Käse und Fleisch im Sonnenlicht platziert, Personal unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Cappucino musste noch zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to evaluate our services. I am sorry that it took you so long time to find the Hotel. Before arrival we always send arrival information with a guide on how to find the entrance to the Hotel and the Parking lot. We will use your feedback to see if we can improve the wayfinding signs to the Hotel. Breakfast is served in a Cafe and Bakery 200 meters from the Hotel. Included in the breakfast is normal coffee and Tea. Special coffee such as Cappuccino is optional at an extra cost. Best regards Jacob Rasmussen Town Living
