The hotel itself is very good, with lovely facilities, we were even upgraded to a sea view apartment. However, service didn't live up to expectations. We walked in and out of the hotel several times, no member of staff bothered to greet us any time. When they did, it was a rude/snobbish security guy who didn't believe we were staying there even after I told him we were, and he asked to see my hotel card just because I was dressed in a light, simple way (that made me feel like a piece of rubbish). At check out no one asked if everything was ok or if we enjoyed our stay, it was just like PAY AND GO, not even a thank you. Lovely building, poorest service ever. My friends and I work in the hospitality industry and we are not coming back or recommending Windsor Atlantica to any of our friends, colleagues or guests.

Ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen erinomainen. Tuntuu tosi kodikkaalta tulla tuttuun hotelliin. Huoneessamme 31. Kerros oli loistavat näkymät sekä Morrolle että Copacabanalle. Hyvä, keskeinen sijainti.

Bien situé, mais bcp de restos chers à proximité

L'hôtel est propre et les bagagistes sont très sympas. Le personnel à la réception est par contre très autain et le moindre service de l'hôtel est facturé et majoré de 15%, ce que l'on ne vous dit pas forcément. Le réseau Wifi est très faible dans les chambres. Gros bémol : jour de check out, mon mari et moi avons passé nos dernières heures à la plage avant de reprendre l'avion. Nous avons demandé la possibilité de prendre une dernière petite douche et on nous a dit oui, mais qu'il fallait PAYER 75.- real par personne, soir environs 27.- francs suisses par personne, + 15% de taxes, juste pour une douche. Totalement absurde ! ! ! Qui payerait une somme pareille pour une simple douche. Surtout que nous venions de dépenser près de 2000.- chf chez eux en une semaine de séjour. Nous avons fini notre séjour an Rio sur une note amère, car nous avions l'impression de nous faire arnaquer à tous les coins de rue (hôtel, restos, locations diverses). Dommage.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter. In der Nähe vom Hotel gibt es U-Bahn Station. Das Hotel bietet auch zahlreiche Ausflüge an.

Ein schönes Hotel an mit herrlicher Lage an Copacabana . Wir empfanden das Badezimmer als viel zu eng, zudem lies die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption zu wünschen übrig.
