Convenient location for one night stopover. Very quick check in with friendly owner. Property has recently changed ownership and is being upgraded. We had an efficiency room with two beds and small kitchen/eating area. Room was clean as was bedding but carpet was badly stained and air con noisy. As mentioned, upgrading in progress so hopefully these issues will be sorted. All in all decent value for our purpose
