Rome weekend

Wonderful hotel but was very disappointed with the view out the back but seeing as we didn’t intend to spend too much time in it we didn’t complain! we booked this hotel because it came up at a great price on ebookers, the trouble is we couldn’t afford to eat or drink there, the euro rate didn’t help but still, had a lovely time, thank you.

THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY. tHE STAFF WERE VERY GOOD. nATALIA BEHIND THE RECEPTION WAS VERY OFF AND HAD A BAD ATTITUDE. SHE DIDNT SMILE AT ALL WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN YOU ARE FRONT OF HOUSE. I THINK SHE NEEDS SOME TRAINING IN CUSTOMER CARE. THE CONSIERGE DESK WAS MOST HELPFUL BOTH OF THE MEN PARTICULARLY. THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE WE WERE GIVEN AN UPGRADE,

I really enjoyed my stay here. Service was excellent: very professional and friendly at the same time. Location is good. I really loved the breakfast and the pool area had added value as the days were very hot during my stay. I wanted a 5 star experience and I got it!

We were happy, but for a 5 star hotel we would have expected a coffee machine in the room, especially in Rome!

Chambre petite et sombre. Personnel pressé qui sonne deux fois de suite à la chambre avec un très court intervalle entre les deux sonneries, nous stressant juste pour nous demander si tout va bien... Service affligeant au guichet lors du check-out, la demoiselle n'ayant pas voulu me croire lorsque je lui ai dit qu'il y avait erreur et que je n'avais rien commandé au bar de l'hôtel. Elle a en effet essayé - pendant de très longues minutes - de retrouver la facture correspondante (de 3 euros !!!) en fouillant dans ses affaires et en appelant ses collègues, en vain... Une gestion intelligente de cette situation, au vu du montant ridicule en jeu et du prétendu standing de l'hôtel, aurait commandé de renoncer immédiatement à facturer ce poste, afin d'éviter de nous faire perdre toutes les deux du temps. J'ai, de mon côté, initialement songé à renoncer à contester, par gain de paix et de temps, mais voyant le zèle avec lequel la dame cherchait la facture en question et téléphonait de toutes parts, je me suis dit que je la laisserai poursuivre ses recherches jusqu'au bout, sûre que j'étais du résultat auquel elle allait parvenir... Au final et sans surprise, les 3 euros ne m'ont pas été comptés, je me demande d'ailleurs bien ce qui peut coûter seulement 3 euros dans un bar d'hôtel de ce type...

Hieno hotelli lähellä keskustaa.

Pros: Hyvä hotelli. Kallis aamiainen.
Cons: Kylpyläosasto voisi olla auki läpi vuoden.
Location: Hotelli oli ihan keskellä Roomaa. Erinomainen sijainti suunnistaa museoihin, katsomaan nähtävyyksiä jne.
Hyvä hotelli lähellä Rooman keskustaa. Ilmat suosivat meitä. Oli ihana vain kävellä ja käydä kaikissa mukavissa kahviloissa, katsella nähtävyyksiä. Voisin tulla toistekin.

Älä käytä 5 krs ravintolaa uima-altaan vieressä. M

Menuu 130 per henkilö. Starteria lukuunottamatta täysi fiasko. Jouduimme turvautumaan hotellin johtajaan että saatin jotain hyvitystä karmeasta kohtelusta. Mesta hieno. Aamiainen erittäin laadukas 2. Krs. Hotellin henkilökunta hyvä lukuun ottamatta 5 krs. Ravintolan luigeja jotka ovat alinta jätettä.

Luxus loma

Mielettömän upea hotelli. Uskomattoman hyvää palvelua englannin kielellä. Täydellinen aamupala buffet kuohuviinin kera. Tilavat huoneet ja kylpyhuone kaikkine mukavuuksineen. Loistava sijainti nähtävyyksiä ja ostoksia ajatellen. Jos lapsilta kysytään niin parasta oli kattoterassilla sijaitseva uima-allas.
