Dear guest, thank you for your staying in Colonna Suite del Corso, we apologize if you don't like us. The picture you saw online is the real one, we also put the size and sq.m. of the room. You reserved a junior suite and we gave to you the room you requested; you asked many time for having the bath in the room but we explained to you that only the junior suite for 2 people has it. So we propose give to you a different junior suite to try to feel you more comfortable WITHOUT any payment, but you refused. Nobody was rude and everybody tried to satisfy all your requests, but the big problem for you it was that you wanted the bath, and we cannot comply you because you were three people, instead of two. At least you asked your money back because you hadn't the bath but this is not really correct for us, and we don't like this business. Regarding the Coffee service, we have a room with fresh international breakfast, and we have our staff that can do for you everything you want at the moment. In anycase if you want to try our bath we are really happy to see you again and change your idea. Best regards,
