Difficile de dormir correctement avec le bruit de la tuyauterie des wc 24h/24. Bruit de la route Cola di Rienzo avec des fenêtres pas suffisamment insonorisée. Pas possible d'ouvrir les persiennes puisque la fenêtre est trop proche des volets. Plusieurs dalles sont fissurées dans les escaliers et devant l'ascenseur à l'entrée. La nuit, le personnel ne parle pas le français (italien et anglais) contrairement à la présentation de l'hôtel. A contrario, le personnel est souriant, poli et avenant. Le personnel attribué au Breakfast est attentif et sympathique. Le personnel de la réception de jour parle effectivement plusieurs langues. Mon avis est positif sur le personnel. Mon avis n'est pas positif sur une partie de l'infrastructure de l'hôtel. Merci pour le séjour agréable au demeurant.

Bonjour, nous sommes désolés pour l'avis. Les volets de sa chambre s'ouvrent en les coulissant. Nous sommes désolés pour l'insonorisation, nous avons déjà changé les fenêtres.

The location is excellent and the staff was nice. However the overall cleanliness could be better. The walls were dirty and the minibar's outlet was just barely hanging on to the wall. Also the breakfast could be improved a little with adding warm food along with the currently served fruits, breads and yoghurts.

sehr lautes Hotel, viele Klassen, Frühstücksraum sehr klein, man muss sich zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit eintragen, Frühstück war ok, leider fehlte ständig etwas, z.B. Tassen, Brötchen, Kaffeemaschine defekt, etc.

Huono aamiainen. Ei ollut yhtään vihanneksia ja hyvin pieni valikoida. Hotelli oli hyvin vanha ja putkistot oli kuulleet hyvin äänekkäästi. Huoneessa ei ollut mitään. Siivous oli joka päivää ja yställinen palvelua respassa
