Professional excellence and charm
Roman plumbing threw a spanner in the works for a few hours but the staff jumped on to fix it then upgraded us. The rooms were luxurious the staff utterly charming and couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Wir waren Anfangs März 2023 während fünf Tagen im Hotel Barocco (Superior-Doppelzimmer) zu Gast. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Die italienische herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit mit familiärer Atmosphäre rund um das Team von Marta Catalano liessen keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war immer sauber gereinigt (täglich) und liebevoll hergerichtet. Das reichhaltige Frühstück, in einem nahezu Chambre Séparée, sorgte immer für einen guten Start in den Tag. Die ausgezeichnete Lage, in gehbarer Distanz zum Trevi-Brunnen sowie zur Piazza di Spagna, war noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The best things about this hotel was the location (Trevi fountain in 5mins walking distance) and the very nice waitress during the breakfast - she was brilliant. Everything else was really disappointing, especially the rooms. We've booked the deluxe rooms (I've booked two rooms for us) and they were not even close to what we could see on the pictures while booking. The rooms where not really decorative, definitely not worth 4 stars, the bathroom was tiny and the A/C was hidden under a window in the corner of the room and not really cooling the room. It was hot outside (38degrees) and also inside. After complaining I've got another room, but this one was not really much better.We've paid 1500EUR for 4 nights and I would expect a more comfortable room. Further, I had small little spiders in my room every night. They must have hide under the bed. :(

+Sijainti todella hyvä
Aamiainen hyvä, sekä ystävällinen henkilökunta
Huoneen koko hieman pieni, sekä naisille olisi ollut hyvä, jos huoneessa olisi peili ja kylpyhuoneessa enemmän tavaroille säilytystaso tilaa.

Super tolles Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service alle mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hatte die beste Lage man konnte alls zu fuss erreichen.

Magnifique !
Hôtel très bien situé, réception ouverte 24h/24, personnel très serviable, excellent buffet de petit-déjeuner. Excellente literie.
