Hotel was in the center of Rome, easy to to ancient places and elsewhere. Breakfast was good and versatile. The only minus was thin walls. You could here what neighbours were doing.

Fantastic position, lovely breakfast

Lovely hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely served up on the roof terrace. Position was perfect you could easily walk to all the main attractions. Be ware of steps when entering the room as I literally fell into the room which could of been nasty on Day 1. Overall though pleased with our choice

Comfortable bed, great location, tired public area

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Grubby looking reception
Very tired public areas - seriously in need of a lick of paint around the reception desks and front hallway.

Great location

The location of this hotel is brilliant for those wanting to see the main sights of Rome city. It is within walking distance of the colosseum and trevi fountain, slightly further away from the vatican but still walkable. The hotel is undergoing renovations to update the rooms and facilities however, this did not negatively impact on our stay. Due to it's amazing location (and not the greatest windows) it can get quite noisy at night however, nothing that a good pair of earplugs wouldn't sort out! No coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms and personally the breakfast (at 7.5€) was not worth the money. Overall I would recommend this hotel, the hotel facilities are simple but the rooms are comfortable, clean and modern and the location of this hotel alone would mean that I would stay again.

Had a great time in Rome.

Was met by the lovely gentleman on reception. Really funny and helpful. There was no problems with us storing out bags as they offered to do that service before I asked, due to our early flight the room wasn't ready. After exploring came back and shown to our room. I was a bit disappointed as it was very small and dark, the shutters on the windows were dark too and the bathroom was tiny , you sit on toilet and the wall was 2 inches infront of you. We had to keep the lamp on all the time we were in the room. The staff were brilliant couldn't do enough for us. There's a charge of 22. Euros for the TV, films. Breakfast is7 euros but it was fine for the price. You have to pay city tax which we didn't know about 16 euros each person and they put 40 euros a night on your card but if you don't have breakfast or use the TV or have mini bar drinks they don't take it off you. So just to be aware of that. There is a cafe joining the hotel which is great to go to aswell.

Rome easy walking

This hotel is really brilliant for exploring the ancient sites, forum,Trajans column etc as it is literally 'round the corner' making it easy to walk to the sites. Rooms are comfortable, and the roof terrace was great last time we visited. (closed this time due to building work) We hope they keep the terrace. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Brilliant weekend.

Hotel is in a great location, very near the coliseum & walking distance to the trevi fountain & Spanish steps. Rooms are small but prefect for a wkend break. They were spotless clean & had a little mini bar. We didn't use the mini bar as the drinks were very exspensive but it was great to use the fridge to cool your water. Staff were very friendly & helpful. I'd would definitely return.
