Dear Andrea Marianne, I would like to offer my sincere apologies if we failed to deliver the high level of service we strive to offer our guests. We are sorry to read you did not like our vintage style. As you have noticed, the hotel is located in a very old building with a long history. We are pleased to inform you we have also renovated rooms and we would have been more than happy to assign you one if we had known. I wish to express also my sincere apologies for finding the room you stayed not very clean and I wish you had shared your comment during your stay in order to make immediately investigate with our Executive Housekeeper and Team. Referring the Team, this is not what our staff is known for and I would had loved you to had explained why you found them rude, since we are taken this very serious and we will of course improve our selves and I hope you can contact me personally to better understand.
