We were hugely disappointed with our experience at the hotel. We are not overly demanding travellers by any stretch of the imagination, but we did not feel the hotel represented value for money and would urge other travellers to think carefully about booking here (and not be won over by previous positive reviews, as indeed we were). On arrival, we had a fairly abrupt, unfriendly welcome from the evening staff member, who in our entire stay couldn’t bring himself to muster a smile. The most disappointing aspect was the condition of our room which was, frankly, appalling - and in no way reflected the photos we saw when booking. The decor is in desperate need of an update, with quite ugly wallpaper and dirty-looking ceilings. The furniture was extremely worn too. It was such a shame because there are communal parts of the hotel that are perfectly adequate (e.g the breakfast room). We tried to spend as much time out of the hotel as we could, given how awful our room was and how unfriendly the staff were. On checking out, we had a long wait and again, it was fairly rude and no fond farewell on the part of the hotel. If there was one saving grace, it was the cheerful cleaning lady who greeted us each day and, though she had little to work with, did keep the room very clean!

Comfortable stay

Cons: We missed coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
Location: Central location, only a few minutes from Lepanto Metro station.

Roman holiday

The hotel was good value for money. The staff were pleasant and helped me with my outbound transfer to the airport. The breakfast area was clean and modern with a good variety of food. My room was comfortable with a nice bed and bathroom facilities. The only problem with the room was a lack of tea and Coffee making facilities.

Paikka oli kaunis, rauhallinen ja sijainti hyvä. Aamupalalla oli hiukan kiireen tuntua ja jo hyvissä ajoin ennen aamiaisajan loppumista osa tarjoiluista oli loppunut ja henkilökunta raivasi pöytiä. Kahviautomaatti oli hidas ja aiheutti jonottamísta.
