Fantastic location, excellent value, welcoming.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is fabulous a 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes from the Spanish Steps in one direction and the Colosseum in another. . The staff especially the front of house staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. We had a quadruple room which was perfect with one teenager and a pre-teen. The rooms were very clean and had a safe and very reasonable minibar which were useful. The hotel provides very good value for money and we would happily stay again! Thank you Hotel Hiberia.

Centre of everything

Pros: The staff and location
Cons: Just a little TLC in the rooms
Location: Everything! Most places you go to Rome to see are easily walkable to get to - just pack comfy shoes!
Pulling up to the hotel, we realised it was closer to the centre than first thought. about a 5 min walk away from the Trevi fountain and a 10 min was to the Colosseum. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were a little small, but were perfect for what we needed them for. The only downside was the drain smell everytime we walked into the room, but that was kind of expected for an older building. Breakfast was simple, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurts, bread and various pastries, it filled us up enough to last us until mid afternoon, which was a bonus.

Great hotel very close to sightseeing places

Christmas break

Fabulous 3 night stay at Hotel Hiberia between Christmas and New Year. Hotel is central to the main sights, clean, comfortable but among all else the staff are fantastic! Could not be more accommodating or helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I mentioned to Jay when I was at the bar that I could use another pillow, ten minutes later I return to my room and there are two fresh pillows already up there! We were even given newspaper to stuff our shoes after being caught in a downpour and arriving back drenched. Everyone has a smile and time to chat and I wouldn't stay anywhere else now!

Hotel was quite central to most of the sightseeing

I would come back to this hotel. Staff were great hotel was all that you needed great place to stay. Nice and central to all of the places that you would want to visit.
