Erityinen ja hyvällä tavalla erikoinen hotelli. Kirjaimellisesti ihan Vatikaanin kyljessä. Käsittääkseni entinen luostari ja tämä tunnelma välittyy ainakin huoneissa, joita vain 35. Huoneen fiilis hieman askeettinen, mutta kuulunee asiaan. Erityismaininta loistavalle ilmastoinnille, joka oli siunaus kun ulkona asteet paukkui noin neljässä kympissä. Klassinen sisustus seiniä koristaa lähes kaikkialla Paavien kuvat. Tällaista menoa tuskin löydät ketjuhotelleista. Terassi suorastaan upea, jossa voit ihailla Vatikaania aamu- tai ilta-auringossa. Osaava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta tiloissa on hyvin hiljaista. Monella tapaa tämä teki vaikutuksen. P.S. Taksikuskit eivät jostain syystä tunnu oosoitetta tuntevan, vaikka Hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Google Maps siis laulamaan.

Ein Schuhlöffel fehlt in der Zimmerausstattung. Die Notfallnummer hat nicht funktioniert.

Schönes altes Gebäude in toller Umgebung mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer sind renoviert, aber zu klein. Für eine Städtereise ist es gut geeignet, aber man sollte auf die Zimmerauswahl sehr achten.

Ideales Hotel, nicht nur für den Vatikanbesuch

Pros: Das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die schöne Terasse mit dem grandiosen Blick zum Petersdom, die ruhige Athmosphäre! Fairer Preis
Cons: Matratze war etwas zu weich, etwas härtere wäre für einen erholsamen Schlaf besser!
Location: In direkter Nähe zum Petersdom, 20 Schritte vom Eingang entfernt! Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigk. zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Kleines aber feines Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Petersdom mit gehobenem Standard, ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundlichem Personal, von dem man auch wertvolle Tipps bekommt (z.B. wann ist die beste Zeit für den Besuch des Petersdoms, was sind empfehlenswerte Restaurant's, wo kann man am besten shoppen usw.!). Für unseren Vatikanbesuch und Romtrip genau das richtige!

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel

Hatten leider ein zu kleines Zimmer gebucht, konnten gegen einen Aufpreis ein grösseres beziehen. Das Hotel ist direkt am St. Petersplatz.
