wenig Parkplätze, Personal am Empfang sprach lieber mit Kollegen oder mit jemandem am Telefon anstatt mit den wartenden Kunden, Informationen am Empfang über Frühstück and Stadtplan dürfig - musste alles erfragen. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut.

Diese Hotel ist an guter Lage. 2-3 min von Bahnhof Termini, Busbahnhof und Taxi Stand. Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war ausreichend. Wenig Früchte dafür aber sehr frisch. Zimmer sind okay leider nicht im top Zustand. Haarföhn defekt und WC Spülung. Bei Meldung wurde nicht reagiert.

Hôtel décevant, la réception ne répond pas aux mails, le PDJ est vraiment très mauvais tout est surgelé pas de produits frais! Vous pouvez trouver mieux à Rome!
