Great location

Nice hotel right by the Trevi Fountain. Very noise at front of hotel as its right on the street but quite nice to be in the hustle and bustle of it. Not good if light sleeper, need to request a room at the back. They do not have Turkish Baths nor massage facilities, only sauna, steam room and a gym.

Great romantic get away

We me and my partner stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Overall, it was a lovely experience and fantastic hotel. The only thing that we both agreed let it down a little for us is the air con in the room didn't work, and it was extremely hot. We explained this to the reception and they just told us to open the window even though we explained it was quite loud when trying to sleep. We managed to get by but this is the only thing that let it down. The location is fantastic and is literally in walking distance of everything. I would defiantly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic location

Friendly staff and great facilities but the best thing is the location! It is central to most sights and is ideal if you plan to walk everywhere.

Room without a view - be aware!!

We arrived at our hotel excited at being in Rome and looking forward to seeing our double deluxe room. We were a party of 2 adults and one 6 year old. Simone was called to take our suitcase and we were taken no more that 60ft past a lovely cafe area to a glass patio style door - this was our bedroom. It was maintained to the highest standard but had no windows other than the glass double door which opened out onto the cafe area. The air conditioning did not appear to work and the room felt uncomfortable stuffy. The only way of getting any air in was via the door but because of the cafe you would have to keep the curtains shut for any privacy - it was very claustrophobic. We went to reception to let them know that we weren't happy with the room, They asked us to give them 10 mins and, as they had no other room that could accommodate 3 people, they came back with the option for us to move to one of their other hotels, The Navona Palace, this was also 5 star, near the Navona Square, they also upgraded us to a suite for free - the room was fab!! The staff were very accommodating but something about the room should be on the website - I can't see any photos of the double deluxe, which is perhaps a warning! The hotel is in a great location and maintained to the highest standard, but be aware of the deluxe double room you may not get what you bargained for.

Christmas in Rome

Pros: great location, close to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon etc. Delicious breakfast coffee and very friendly staff Cons: much too expensive given the price, definitely not comparable to international 5 star standards, very hard mattress, not very clean bed, scarce choice of breakfast foods

Charmantes Hotel an guter Lage

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist toll: nur ein paar Schritte vom Trevibrunnen entfernt, zentral und mitten drin in den Gassen mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Auch das Frühstück war ausgiebig und lecker.

liebevoll gemachtes Zimmer - aber extrem ringhöhrig

Tolles Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Zimmer. Leider verstand man jedes gesprochene Wort und auch alles andere aus dem Nachbarzimmer... Ich würde das Hotel dennoch wieder in Betracht ziehen.
