Old fashioned & friendly hotel

Pros: Location and the friendliness of the staff
Cons: Spa area could do with refurbishment
Location: Beautiful scenery and close to Sligo where we enjoyed the shopping and restaurants.
Stayed with a group of 11 people and all of us plan to return for a longer stay. The location was beautiful- lovely for walks. The food was delicious and the staff were excellent.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time. We run a children club during family holidays July/August, Halloween, Post Christmas/ New Year and Easter, at these times we will have alot of children. However outside of these time it is a little quieter as there are not to many children staying. We hope this does not deter you from a future visit.

nice hotel close to the beach.

Pros: the location and the car park.
Cons: communication with the bar staff.upgrade T.V. channels .Not nice sitting on your own in an empty bar checking out the top shelf.
Location: parked the car
Not a nice place for a lone traveller .Sky news only allowed in the bar boring; staff would not accommodate changing channels .returned to my room best option - unfortunately pool not available for me to use . all in all I won't be back..

Old fashioned relaxing break

Have stayed at the Yeats Country a few times. Lovely comfortable and relaxing hotel with usually great evening entertainment over the weekend. Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was on our departure day we went for breakfast and planned to pack and shower after, however the accommodation staff cleaned the room whilst we were at breakfast, taking the bath towels and leaving us with a hand towel. As the bed was freshly made also we felt like we weren't allowed the use of the room up until the already earlier than universal check out time of 11am. I was really disappointed and mentioned this on check out however the receptionist didn't appear overly concerned. Will stay again but will be making use of the dnd card...
