Near ferry

Hotel is very dull, it could do with a good paint job outside windowsills green, very shabby.for a hotel near a prime location IE ferry, a lot of people would choose this location..it could be smartened up. Lounge area dark an dingy, bar area grubby.the staff were all friendly. Which was a bonus. The bedroom small hard double bed, poor quality mattress.the bathroom was small but very clean. Breakfast was good ,orders were taken at table.for 77 euro good value ,but you can get that in other hotels. The area is very run down, but management should work on smartening up the hotel ,or ferry travellers will stay in the near by bed an breakfasts. A freshen up would prevent this.
