Dear Matthew,Thank you for leaving us a review of your stay. We are sorry to hear that you find The James to be uninspiring! We certainly try our best on good decorations and music. It is true that we do not have a restaurant inside, but we do have a 24/7 Food Market. Here you can buy anything you like, day and night. It is unfortunate to hear that this was not to your liking. Hopefully you have found a nice place to eat.Borrowing an iron board and iron is an extra service of the reception, and it may always be collected downstairs.We wish you a good day!Warm greetings,The James Family
