On our arrival into the chalet you could see dirty uncleaned floors ants on the work tops, it did not look clean at all I was really shocked at the low standards for pontins considering the current covid rules. Outside were over flowing bins. On waiting to get my keys I was standing in a que of five customers all complaining about the state of the chalets. The toilet had mess down it and the bathroom covered in sand and dust. There was evident repairs and needed a blooming good update.

I don't usually write (bad) reviews but this place was absolutely ridiculous. It was a dreadful experience from the time me and my two nieces got there. First, we had to wait 3 hrs before we got our key to our apartment despite getting to reception at 6:30pm when the check in was from 4pm on arrival there was a massive queue where lots of other upset guests were also trying 2 get accommodation and had also been waiting hours. We were placed in a pile papers of people who were also to be accommodated only to have to chase them up about it with the kind help of another guest. My nieces and I were starving hoping for a relatively quick check in and then grab a bite to eat smwhr which we couldn't do as they were calling people at random to give them keys and we didn't know when we were to be called. Once given the keys they told us which block and door number but no futher directions so we had to find it ourselves.. baring in mind it was late & dark. Arriving at the apartment it was freezing the heating didn't work and the two single beds had no sheets or duvet covers and we all had to share the sofabed (which had a big hole in it) with the only double duvet there with no bedding covers AT ALL. The apartment itself wasn't that bad as it had all it was supposed to.. In the kitchen. The bathroom was ok but the toilet didn't flush! Overall was very basic and the floor was a tad dirty and the block sort of resembles a prison lol. The only 100% thing I can comment is kids activities

Received uncleaned room. Found papers left from previous occupiers, which left two days ago. Room was all around VERY DIRTY, bed sheets hasn't been changed, "stuff" still floating in toilet, no tv remote. When we complained, manager said someone will come now to clean a room. 4 hours after nothing was done and all managers was already gone home, so we was left to sleep with kids in filthy room. Rooms require at least basic refurb. At 30 degrees outside off course everyone goes to the beach. When came back at 5pm all kids activities are closed, so there is absolutely nothing to do. Or you can go to coin machines and spend a lot of money to keep your family busy. Even we try most of kids activities, they are in even worse condition than rooms. Totally ruined last weekend of summer. Never ever will go back again!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's not a hotel but a hostel all dirty rooms not cleaned, bedding dirty, I do not recommend money loss ,there you will not rest the screams drunk the parents do not care for children and how you want to sleep at night is also shouting drunks at 3 am!!!!

not fit for purpose

Pros: nothing
they booked us into a first floor flat I am 74 years old so we asked for & got a ground level place The flat was very poorly equipped,we had to ask for a dustpan & brush there was no mop to clean the bathroom (did get pan & brush) asked for a fishslice for turning eggs, had to use potato masher as we did not receive the utensil. Everything had that end of season run down feeling. On the night prior to what turned out to be our last night there was a right battle between husband & wife lasting from about midnight until after 1 a.m no sign of any security staff. The takeaway fish shop was rubbish & overpriced. Service at the Queen Vic pub was poor with only 1 person serving the bar. We left the camp on Sunday 24th Sept. rather than waste money staying under these conditions until 29 th as booked.

Ok place to stay

The entertainment is non fault and there is plenty of things to do for kids but the chalets leave a lot to be desired ... Very uncomfortable beds
