Nous avons passé un merveilleux week end à The Capra. Le service, l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel sont fort appréciable. Les matériaux choisis et l’aménagement des différents espaces sont également des points que nous avons apprécié. Si vous souhaitez vous détendre lors d’un week end à la montagne, je recommande cet hôtel.

Un sentiment partagé pour cet hôtel 5 étoiles. En effet, le décors et les chambres sont de qualité, le spa est petit mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut à cette catégorie de prix. Hélas la qualité du service est totalement à côté du standing payé ! Le personnel de restauration est totalement hésitant, ne parle même pas une langue nationale pour la plupart et les erreurs de services sont récurrentes. Service du petit déjeuner totalement défaillant, en effet au lieu de mettre en place quelques satellites pour le pain et les céréales par exemple, ils appliquent un système de tout à la carte. Ce qui fait qu'il y a une attente infernale ne serait-ce que pour recevoir un café ou du pain. Le personnel court dans tout les sens et ne fait que de s'excuser "I m sorry..." le pire est qu'ils ne trompent systématiquement dans les commandes, des plats n'arrivent jamais et en deux jours il n'a jamais été possible de recevoir une omelettes avec ce que nous avons commandé à l'intérieur "I m sorry, i m so sorry...". Le service du soir est aussi hésitant, la serveuse ne semble avoir jamais servi de vin rouge, on a l'impression qu'on nous sert du gros rouge en jerrican... au moment de commander de l'eau gazeuse on nous dit qu'il n'y en a plus ce soir... même pas l'idée d'aller demander à l'hôtel d'à côté quelques bouteilles d'eau gazeuse pour dépanner ce pauvre hôtel où on sait qu'il n'y a pas d'eau gazeuse mais "I m sorry" comme ils aiment bien dire ici. Apparemment c'est connu de la.direction
