Das Online-Checkin hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. Ebenso erhielten wir nicht das entsprechend gebuchte Zimmer und wurden in einer tieferen Kategorie im Nebenhaus untergebracht,worauf wir dann über ebookers.ch handeln mussten.

Da das Restaurant in den Zwischenzeiten geschlossen ist, wäre eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer sehr willkommen, oder dann zumindest in der Lobby (4 Sterne Hotel)

Beim Check-in per Maschine hatten wir Probleme, auch hatten wir Fragen zum Nachtessen/Frühstück. So waren wir sehr froh um das Personal, das trotzdem in der Nähe war und uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Auskunft gab. Auch der Service im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr fein!!
