Amazing find! Excellent food and drink in the pub, attentive and friendly staff, the accommodation was first class, beautiful spacious room which was beautifully appointed. Can’t rate this place more highly, thoroughly recommended!

The property is nice and staff were very polite. The photos are deceiving in that one or two rooms may look like the photo but most are outside in converted barns, still nice but nothing like the photos. The flush was broken in the toilet so the cistern was trying to fill all night. Breakfast was not included in the initial price

We've stayed several times at the Cricketers, mostly when visiting air shows at Duxford. Our room this time was in a brand new property (we had a teething problem with a blocked loo which was very quickly fixed). It wasn't quite as nice as the room we has last time which looked out over a pretty garden and fields at the back. This time our room looked over the road and as it was warm we had the window open all night, which meant we were woken early with traffic noise. But overall, still a very good plan to stay
